UMI TOUCH dead at 4th day

I have used my UMI TOUCH for 4 days. Yesterday, I completely recharged the battery. Today, I was at the office and the phone was ok untill I tried to make a call and the phone was totally unresponsive. DEAD.
I tried to connect to the charger again, impossible to wake it up. No response, nothing.

Any ideas of what can be done without putting in risk the warrantly.

Dear Davidovsky,

Your phone is probably just crashed with a dark screen but still powered on. You can force to reboot it by pressing and keeping pressed the power button for at least 10 seconds.

Thanks for your help Bencebacsi. I have tried that procedure several times, but anything happened. The phone makes no noise, no vibration, absolutely nothing.
I tried another charger from my wife's UMI TOUCH to be sure the battery was fully charged, but nothing at all.
I guess it is really dead, just do not understand why.

Maybe dead but probably can be resurrected, except if its internal electronics is physically damaged by some reason.
Please download the SP Flash Tool ROM from HERE, then flash your phone with the method described under the green title.

Hello Bence,

I have downloaded all and followed exactly the procedures mentioned: install the driver, the software, extract the ROM etc.
I cannot send the files to the phone, the computer sees nothing, and the phone does nothing when I click the power button for 10 or more seconds. I also tried to click on volume up/down.
I guess it has something else. I put the charger and will keep it for a few hours to check if it is nothing battery related.... otherwise, I will probably send it back to my seller.
I am not happy because I only used it for 4 days.
