I have try power button + vol- , power button + home but nothing happen. Please help

Yes, I've try but no luck nothing happen

Press first the volume down button, then immediately the power button while keeping the vol-down button pressed, then wait until (about 2 secs) the screen will be captured. Beside this method the three-finger swipe down action is much more simpler.
