UMI Touch - Vibrating constantly

Hi

I got a new UMI Touch and I've had it for a few weeks. However, it has randomly started vibrating constantly, never stops. The battery has drained and it still manages to vibrate. The battery also doesn't charge anymore.

Anyone have any ideas on how this can be fixed? I'm in the UK and I would have to send this phone back to China to get fixed otherwise, been told this would take around 6/7 weeks.

Dear Craig,

A such issue has not been reported by other users. I suggest you to flash the ROM of your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. That will completely rewrite the whole software content of your phone, so you can lock out any possible software reason.
