crocket home/finger print sensor & touch screen blind/ghost spots

Hi today I finally received the phone but unfortunately isshowing some massive defects

1)First the home/finger print sensor is crocket and veryunresponsive

2)the touch screen suffers a massible blind/ghost spots which makesthe phone unusable for example when you need to type the letter “r” isimpossible.
