My problem is that my mic dont work for phonecalls, nobody can here me?  Please help if you can

To discover that whether this is a hardware or software problem, please try the mic with a voice recorder app and try to make a call switched to loudspeaker mode.

Here's how to open the back cover, it's for Umi Iron, but it's similar, just be carefull not to use too much force to separate touch sensor from aluminum back.

I also got told by people that they almost don't hear me. I opened it just today, took out this small rubber part and examined it. There's a hole for microphone, small round hole that goes to the hole in phone case and small groove that connects them. Or better said it should, there's no hole that connects this outer one with microphone component on PCB. I took a scalpela and cut out this blockage to make canal in the rubber and put it back. Microphone now works fine.
