I put a secont sim card and after reboot my phone it appears a screen to insert a pass. (insert privacy code).I dont know what is that code, so now i can not use my phone.
Probably its the anti theft protection. hat i can do now to unlock it?

Hello,

So, do you have a Hammer or a Rome? Do you mean, you set a security code but you've forgotten it?

That cannot be set automatically by the system. Have your tried with an other SIM-card?

If you return to the original state (only with a single SIM which worked fine), problem persists?. Message is appearing ever?.

Like said bencebacsi, this security code can't be set automatically, is very strange

yes i put and an other card and also with out sim card, but...
I use 2 passes for all my accounts, so its not possible to forget them. Both are not accectable.
Already made hard reset - recovery, but nothing.
Its the anti theft protection (lolipop 5.1), i think.
Is there any technical support in Greece of UMI to make a phone call? Any other idea?
THANKS for your replies.

A final solution can be that if you flash a stock ROM on your phone choosing the 'Format All + Download" option. That operation erases all security data from the NVRAM partition. However, it can lead to lose your IMEI numbers too. If that happens, you have to recover your IMEI numbers but that's also possible.

Be sure to have available your IMEIs before doing this flashing. Check on package box if you can see both IMEI numbers

The Rome uses a removable battery, so the IMEI numbers are labeled and can be seen under the battery.
