Umi Rome failure sound and vibrator

Hello everyone,

2 weeks , I have no sound or vibrate on my Umi Rome. This was done gradually , the sound dropped increasingly and shakes crashed shortly after .... I rebooted , flashed but still nothing.
I try in vain to make contact ave Myefox to run the warranty but I do not really believe I'm still waiting for a refund of my customs fees ....

Have you had a similar problem ?
