Chinese Umi Iron Pro better battery autonomy

I bought an Umi Iron Pro directly from china factory on December, trought out Geekvida portuguese website, when i switched on save mode, the autonomy prediction realized by android was 8 to 9 days.

I had a problem because i forgot security passwords and after a reset, android dont allow me to continue. . . , i send to geekvida on 15 December, they make me send the phone to spain for free trought out a code. I send my phone new with a week, with original plastic protection on screen that comes with new devices. On 15 January, i complaint why they dont send me my phone back. They ask me a few days more. They after a few complaints they sent me another Umi Iron Pro from Spain. Well, the phone comes with out plastic on screen, slightly scratched, then i put the Gorilla glass on it and they disappear. The wors thing is that with a full charge, the battery android prediciton, it dont last long then 3 days on safe mode and 24 hours in normal mode with screen in worse conditions, less light or quality.
It seems that the chinese ROM version was slightly different from this european one as well.
I already did upgrade to new rom 3.02 and i did an battery calibration with properly app and after that battery repair.
Why this? Is this android or rom problem or battery problem ?
