WE WANT NEW ROM UMI IRON

You released Umi iron in around July 2015 and the latest rom is dated November 2015. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU ALREADY FORGOT THE PHONE What about the promises you kept saying - rom will be released frequently?Plus your rom is full of bugsWE AS USERS WANT A NEW ROM version 1.9 WITH BUGS FIXED!

Actually 13 sorts of ROM versions are available for UMI Iron in rootjoy. That's about 2 versions per month as an average until now. The date stamp of the recent one is 0119.
What would be your expectation? How many versions should be released for how long time?

There may be several roms available but there are still bugs on them.
I've also heard that there are the same problems on Iron PRO.

And my expectation is to fix the bugs (and not creating others meanwhile) on the stock rom.

I'm afraid, most of those quality issues (bugs) are not software related, so they cannot be solved by ROM updates. Maybe that's better to take action instead of suffering all time. All sold UMI Irons must be covered by warranty yet, so if you experience unacceptable defections, just contact your reseller to get a replacement (by an other model) or a full refund.

It should be real fair, if UMI contact the resellers and tell them there are some problems with the phones.
Also UMI can tell the owners and give them a new phone.
Why let customers, flash and try to repair the new phone, with other ROM but most problems are hardware related.
But i will inform PandaWill my seller. Also i will write to other fora.
Oh, and thank you for answering my questions.

Unfortunately, a small Chinese company can't always be perfectly fair, or they finish their business quickly. That's easy to say your suggestions but impossible to process them.
If your phone is defective, just request a replacement or a refund. If you are just not satisfied with it, then sell it and buy a different model. That's just so simple. As far as I know, the satisfied users of UMI Iron still form a much bigger mass than the dissatisfied group.

I havn't got an Iron Pro to test the current version, so I can't agree or disagree with you but as far as I know, the development of Iron Pro's software is still in progress, so we can expect further updates.
