Hi,

If you mean that, all UMI phones are factory unlocked. You can use them on any networks over the world without setting anything. Only to use a mobile data service might need to setup the APN settings if the phone can't set a working one, automatically. First, you should check if your SIM card(s) are visible by the phone or not. If yes, then try to make an emergency call. Maybe you haven't installed your SIM card(s) properly.

The card is well placed and tried with chips of different operators and nothing, no sign, help me please as I do to release it, here it indicated a catch where you see no signal. What steps should I do to use it as it should be. If you can send me a video or images of how to do it would be very grateful.

As you can see, if grabs the chip and evidence has established that the operator but does not exit the signal and so did other operators chips over and nothing happens. Tell me what to do.

mark on your phone * # * # 3646633 # * # *
Go to Connectivity
CDS information
radio informationphone 1 (AT + EGMR=1,7"123456789123456" THIS IS A EXAMPLE)
just do it like this in the picture, but with your IMEI numbers.
change the last three numbers of your IMEI,  then press where it says, SED AT COMMAND.
phone 2 (AT + EGMR=1,10"123456789123456" THIS IS A EXAMPLE)
After pressing, SET AT COMMAND, you, must immediately press airplane mode for ten seconds and then turn it off and try to make a call

You can process an emergency call even without a working IMEI number. That is the reason because I suggested to try that. If you're not able to make at least an emergency call, not even after reflashing the ROM of your phone, then that might be a hardware defection. Maybe simply the GSM antenna is not connected to the motherboard by a bad assembly or an accidental collision. If you've tried everything on the software side, I'd disassemble your phone to check it.
