Umi Iron Pro fingerprint issue

I have problem with fingerprint unlock. It does not work.
When I enter Fingerprint Unlock i got warning: Not found capture data.
I press "Confirm" and enter Add fingerprint. There i get inf: lift and reset your finger on the back of button repeatedly
I touch this button but nothing happens.
Then I go back and enter Fingerprint capture. When I open it I get message:
"Begin factory capture
Don't touch finger print
initFactory start, please wait...
SPI communication error
Cabture end
progress (%)100"

Please, help.  This is software or hardware issue?

Hi Soban, sorry for the delay answering.

Did you tried to do a calibration to see what is happening?. There is a calibration option on fingerprint confog screen

I'm finishing a tutorial about how to configure fingerprint on Iron Pro and I will publish tomorrow. If following steps you can't configure fingerprint, maybe you have a hardware problem

Also, is it possible to use the fingerprint sensor in this phone, to lock individual apps?
So you can only access/initialize/launch them with the correct fingerprint?

This would be a much welcomed feature! Since most other phones have it!

I had the same problems, updated to 3.02 rom and now fingerprint unlock works.
