Since this app is pre installed on our phone, don't you think we need a guide to properly use it? I tried with no luck. My main sound issue is the min volume is too high with headphones. I also discovered that dialing *#*#3646633#*#* it appears a hidden menu that allows you to modify some audio specs, but I can't use it.

I have the same problem with loudspeaker!!!
I tried to fix it with MTK Engineering Mode app its the same with the secret code i saw.

For the Headphones do this:

Firs you go at column Hardware Testing - > after Audio -> select Headset Mode
At type menu select  Media .
Next at Level menu select Level 0  and change the Value to 20 and press SET.
After select Level 1 and change to 35 and press SET .
Do the same for all Values by adding 15 from previous  one.
At 2 last values set 208 .

I did the same for loudspeaker but you have to go to these menu and do the same:
at column Hardware Testing - > after Audio -> select Normal Mode and the rest are the same.

This problem is also at the new rom ??? or UMI fix it .. It was very annoying !!!
