This issue seems to be a connection problem of the camera modules. As a first attempt, that's better to reflash the whole software of your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. Link: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-1735-1-1.html
If that doesn't help (probably won't), then your phone should be disassembled to disconnect and reconnect the camera modules on the mainboard. However, that should be processed by a skilled and authorized repairman or you're going to lose your warranty. You should contact your reseller.
