Eyeprint Unlock cannot activated

my Iron Pro was arrived 2 days ago. Excited overall. But i cannot enable Eyeprint unlock. Such as blocked.
Anybody can help please ?

You have to set a PIN code or password first. For safety reasons, you can use one of them in the case when the biometric identification method doesn't work.
