This issue is covered by your warranty of course, but you should validate it at your reseller, since the warranty is their responsibility.
On the other hand, that's probably enough just to resolder or reposition the side button board, that can be managed in a repair store. About specific possibilities, I suggest you to ask your mates in the Spanish section.
