Umi Iron, Doesn't open

I decided after a deep research to buy an umi iron last week.I read that in this model Umi will try to win credibility and to solve all the past problems of the previous models.The result was complete disaster.I took the phone last Tuesday afternoon, and today Sunday in the morning after i woke up, the phone never turned on.Four days ,no drop off course, all the time recharge with own recharger and in safety plug.
Four days i noticed some problems but not important, most important was that the battery was max. for six hours after whole night recharge but i thought that was because of hard use (games, wifi(or data) open all the time.
Anyway i don't have to speak for other problems when my phone is dead after four days use.Good work UMI ,go on like this

Hello Andy,

I am sorry to hear that your handset will no longer charge/boot-up.
You mention that you attempted charging with the original charger but have you tried another charger/another lead?

If that doesn't work either then you should contact your reseller and ask for a replacement handset.

I appreciate that you feel somewhat disappointed but you should have contacted your reseller as your first point of contact. "Complaining" on the manufacturer's forum over what is most likely just a faulty battery is not going to magically fix the issue.

I hope that your replacement handset will give you a better experience.
