eenWell after ROM update welcom screen is shown after boot.Unfortunetely factory reset didnt clean google acount data and UMI detects that there was reset and you should provide google acount data.
After I provide that it shows this - "Please sing in using one of the owners accounts"

Goes back to google page and you cant sign in, there is no skip button available for this welcome app and it is just bulshit.
As far I know there is no factory reset in recovery mode, there is however wipe data, which is probably the same thing, however it does not clean googl data.

Any suggestions or ideas how to fix this, I assume if I flash 1.5 again I will have exactly the same problem so right now I have a gigantick brick instead of a phone

Unfortunately the Rootjoy recovery can't always erase the data partition perfectly. That's my experience with my eMAX too but I use TWRP recovery, what is flawless at this. RJ recovery deletes folders instead of formatting the whole partition. That's enough to flash only the data partition with SPFT (that's an almost empty partition in fact) and it should solve your problem.

That sounds wonderful only if I knew what are you talking about and what TWRP and SPFT is that would be great. Wouldnt it be enough to format data folder from recovery mode?

SPFT means SP Flash Tool. TWRP is a better recovery that you also can flash with SPFT only if you don't have a working android. You can download it from HERE
To format the data partition would be enough of course, but that's what RJ recovery is not able to process.

Ok so I cant actually flash anything anymore using RootJoy because you need to enable root using supersu app on your phone - I cant do that.So my only hope is to use SPFT but when I load scatter file from 1.5 ROM it throws error and 1.6 ROM does not have any scatter file.

Can anyone tell me how to flash different recovery to my UMI IRON?

I found a solution, I can fastboot into TWRP using adb

The problem is I cant find USB driver for UMI Iron, the device is not recognized when switched off, or when it is in fastboot mode.

Anyone have the link to usb driver?

I dont know if that is true but apparently fastboot does not work in Iron so that option is also out of question.

Can someone confirm that it is not working?

I have another idea, I could launch SuperSU using adb, if that would work I could root the phone and flash 1.5 again and try recovery from there, I will post something if that will work.
Or I could flash another recovery image using SPFT but since I dont have correct drivers, my phone is not recognized when switched off.
Does anyone have alink to usb drivers for UMI Iron?

Ok so I know how to launch SuperSU and set "Enable su during boot" so that rootJoy is able to flash again

Install Android sdk http://dl.google.com/android/installer_r21-windows.exe
Launch manager when installation is finished.
Then in Manager Download  "Tools," "Android SDK Tools," and "Android SDK Platform-tools"

Go to the Manager installation directory, for me it was C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools

Launch cmd there (Shift+Right Click->Run command prompt from this location)
type adb devices and check if device is detected

Now launch SuperSU - adb shell monkey -p eu.chainfire.supersu -c android.intent.category.LAUNCHER 1
You can enable superSu root during boot and you can flash again.

Alternative would be to flash WRTP recovery from some app in the phone, i will see if that helps, but first I will try above and see if it will work

Well that worked allright but when welcome screen was shown it was stuck on "Checking connection", when I decided to reboot the phone it died and it is not booting anymore.

So I managed to make myself a giant paperweight for 233$
