umi z pro launcher3 freezing phone

just got a new umi z pro first day after instaling every thing it did not alow the 32gb sd card saying was corupted even after formating ! so using no sd card tryd the phone out and was fantastic great photos sound for music and video from youtube
the second day turnd phone on to find launcher 3 not working and a frozen screen contacted the seller and was given instructions to re flash and re set the phone this i had no idea how to do after getting some one to do this for me all was well again till the folowing morning when switching on launcher 3 not working and again frozen screen im sending it back to seller today just hoping thay dont just re boot the phone but fix launcher problem as it wount show up straight after its done this is a step up from my lenovo 3note but wishing i had got the lenovo p2 now but was a farthers day gift umi pleas get this problem fixed you have the potential of a flagship killing phone in this one if the problems are fixxed

I use Nova Launcher without any problems. It's a very flexible launcher and easy to use.

Nova Launcher offers much more adjustment possibilities.

Where are the settings at Launcher3?
I only found the setting for background and widgets.

thanks for that info i am  sending it back today so when i get ither it back or a replacement i will try load the Nova Launcher.is it on google play? i also couldnt find launcher 3 as an app on my other phone so why it stopped the umi from working i dont understand or what it actualy is sorry im not tec savie all i know is when you switch on a mobile it works lol well normaly

Go to settings / apps an aktivate "Show System Processes"
(Maybe it is different with you. I have German as system language))
