My Z1 pro is to Hott, he Freez and i cant start it. Gearbest say send it back bud here in Germany say the Post Office we cant send it back with Battery. Without Battery will Gearbest not.
My local service has said that probably the board is damaged. He could not do anything.
Waht can i make here in Germany?

Unfortunately, I can not give you much hope.
You can forget the return of smartphones with a permanently installed battery.
This will be much too expensive.
I would however inquire directly at DHL.
The employees in the post offices often do not really know.

Da kann ich dir leider keine große Hoffnung machen.
Den Rückversand von Smartphones mit fest verbautem Akku kannst du gleich vergessen.
Das wird soweit ich weiß viel zu teuer.
Ich würde mich an deiner Stelle aber nochmals direkt bei DHL erkundigen.
Die Angestellten in den Postfilialen kennen sich nicht immer gut aus.
