It seems to be a problem with connection to mobile data in o2 network in Germany. Any ideas?
APN should be ok, the SIM card works in Ulefon for example.

Have you activated the mobile data (Settings - Data usage - *Mobile operator tab*)? Usually it´s deactivated by default on Chinese phones.
