Have you tried to Connect the original charger for a complete day?
This can to revive your battery.

Yeah, I've done that.

Also took the battery off to see how much volt it had, It registers 3,82V when I connect my meters to it

Sorry to report back that switching the battery did not solve my issue.

Still blinking red LED light when I connect to charger or usb
