CTS Profile failure

Hi

I bought a z pro the other day and it arrived yesterday. When trying to set up my bank app on the phone and set it to log in by finger print it said that as the device was rooted (it is not) it couldnt log in by finger print.

As the device is brand new and I havent rooted it this shouldnt be an issue. I checked with a root check app and that confirmed that it hadnt been shipped to me rooted.

Next i checked with a safteynet check app and it passes on most but fails the CTS profile test. Anyone know why this is and how to fix it? Anyone else had this issue?

You can try flashing system with SPFT Flash Tool. Hope this help.

I suspect your bank app doesn't know the Z Pro model so just gives a default error message about being rooted.

PhilK may be right but the strange thing is UMIDIGI Z Pro not passing the CTS profile test since each phone manufacturer is obligated to launch a ROM with a valid CTS profile.
