64gb SD card says it damaged 32gb not, both works in other devices - SOLVED

Hello, yesterday I got delivered the phone and when I inserted my SD card, it said SD card is damaged, need to be formated, I did that. Then phone said that formating was unsuccessful, then I did format it in my computer, inserted it back to phone but still sd card was damaged. After that I inserted my 32gb sd card and it worked fine from that moment no need to do anything. So is there anyway to solved this, because all I found elsewhere needed to root the phone and I somehow refuse to that. Thank you for your help.

Just to make it clear, this model and any other MTK based smartphones can handle the FAT32 file system (even if you format your SD card with a PC, choosing the default block size) but cannot handle the exFAT system. So, if your SD card is formatted to exFAT or NTFS file system, please format it to FAT32 with your PC via a card reader. The phone itself can properly re-format such SD cards already formatted to FAT or FAT32 file systems or unformatted.

The phone can't read any external SD or flash drive unless the format is FAT32.
If you use PC to format, you need to know the block size as well so it's easier to let the phone do it. But be prepared when you insert the same card into another non MTK phone, it will tell you it's corrupted. Funny thing is MTK choose to format it in vFAT.

Edit... The older class 4 32GB cards are usually in FAT32, but the newer 64GB and above are usually class 10 cards and come formatted in exFAT for plug and play. The difference is that FAT32 format only allows a maximum of 4GB for size, while with EXFAT, this limit does not exist.
