Internet does not remain connected

My UMI PLUS does not remain connected to internet, so if I'm not connected to a Wi-Fi, I have never Internet. Every time I do the "on" command on a data network, stay connected within seconds and then disconnects again. It did the upgrade to Android 7, may be this the problem?

I just got my UMI Plus E.  It has the same problem - the internet connection on and off every second.  Please help.

I have solved with downgrade to Android 6. Now It's OK.

j'ai depuis hier plus de convection internet  je  ne comprend pas pourquoi il ny aps de preponse a ce problème plus explicite de la part de UMI .

Downgrading to Marshmellow is not the answer. If UMI provides an upgrade it should work fine immediately. So please provide a better answer and solution to this problem.
