Problem with work profile in UMI Plus E

Hello,


I have a big problem with work profile in UMI Plus E.


I can add company owner of device and this work fine.


But when I want to add work profile is error, because:
- I select language,
- WiFi network,
- I add company Google account,
- accept privacy policy,
- install Google Apps Device Policy,
- skip company owner of device,
- in Work profile -> Next -> Configure -> Encrypt -> Encrypt,
- phone is restarting, but It shows that Encrypt Time is 00:10 but phone is restarting after 15 second,
- and after restart it's:
UPS! Can't configure work profile. Please contact with IT department or try again.


But phone is started normally again, and after 5 seconds it self restart and stuck on android logo.


Once I was able to go to Settings -> Accounts and wrote that is configured Work Profile, but do not have written his name.
