Car + Bluetooth speak not transferred

I can't choose the speech transfer in the bluetooth settings. I can controll Spotify and I get my contactlist, but I cant make the call from my cars sytem it just goes directly to the phone. I have to restart my phone, go to settings/bluetooth and turn it on and then i can choose the speech transfer. But it doesn't hold up for when i leave my car. This i making the phone hard love and recomend to others. I have new 2016 Jeep Renegade with Uconnect and brand new software-update and I got an update for my Umi Plus E,  16 Feb. It reads V3.02_20170216. This is got to get fixed...............
