I am sorry to read such an answer from UMIDIGI Admin. I am a customer , who has given you money and I am just asking for an update , which you should be obliged to give at any time with pleaseure ( at least you can use copy/paste ) since there is no update on this issue from 16.09.2017 . Anyway thank you for nothing and sorry I purchased a UMIDIGI Phone
