is it possible to connect external hdd 1 tb to usb type c of umi plus e?because i tried,and a message appeared saying that the hdd is damaged,and needs format,and that i will lose all my data.When connecting usb stick 16 gb all is ok.

1. You should format your hdd to FAT32 format, NTFS or Linux partitions cannot be handled by the phone. To access NTFS partitions, as an alternative you can try to use Paragon UFSD root mounter.
2. To access a storage drive is guaranteed up to 256GB capacity, so your drive might be too big.
