very weird battery drain

I am having a weird battery drain
Wi-Fi is draining my battery even though it is turned off
the statistics show that the wifi is always on but it's not

Look into your Location settings. There's an option to set the mode, it is probably set for high accuracy which uses Wifi, GPS, bluetooth and Mobile Networks to get your location. You can try setting ot to GPS only.

location is always of so I'm guessing this is not the problem
