LPDDR3 RAM instead of LPDDR4?

Hi everyone!
I just joined the community to ask you guys if the UMI plus E has a LPDDR3 or LPDDR4 ram? According to some online tests the ram is only lpddr3 but UMI says its LPDDR4. So which one is it reall?

The 6GB RAM capacity can be reached with LPDDR4 (2 x 3GB in dual channel mode) RAM chips. So, it's LPDDR4 of course but such hardware testing apps are not always perfectly compatible.
