Dutch service point for UMI SUPER - software problems

Hi!



I got some problems with my UMI Super...It automatically shuts down if I don't use it for a couple of minutes.

On the forum, I found the informationfor flashing, but my PC doesn't allows to install al the programs.
I'm not a PC or smartphone expert so it will be great if I can send my phone tosomeone in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Does anyone have connections or knows aUMI service point for me?

The V3.02_20161017 wireless update luckily did the job! I also saw the update of November 2016 on this platform, when will this one will be available for the wireless update?

Basically, there are no service points (unless a general cell phone repair store can give it a go, or a kind soul with know-how in your corner of the world steps forward). All warranty issues are taken care of by the seller.

If I've read correctly, there is a FOTA version available but it's not distributed world wide yet - Guess we'll have to wait. On the other hand, the Nougat update is (still not declared as delayed) just 3 days away, so...

Gsm eindhoven has the umi super in stock but I don't know if they also fix them. They do fix all sort of phones there. I bought my umi there.
