UMI TOUCH CAMERA & GPS NOT WORKING

Hello!
Hey i am very happy to get my UMI Touch and was excited to use it daily as the Battery is awesome but since last few days i am having the below 2 Problems:

• REAR CAMERA 13MP does not work and i've to restart 2 to 3 times in order to get it started.
• GPS before was awesome but now days it is suddenly not able to find the info and gets stuck.
• Attach is the Screenshot for my Mobile Software Version.
  

Please help! if there is any way to make it better, as i already formatted in order to get it normal but in vain.

Also, while making calls, and using the INTERNET it gets heated up, i've to use Headphones most of the time... is this with all UMI TOUCH?

I tried many GPS apps and satellite signal locker apps.  None worked with UMI Touch.  At first I thought it was because UMI Touch does not have a compass, and I gave up until recently (I'll say about several months ago).  I found only HERE MAPS app works.  It is free and can be downloaded from Google store.  This app has frequent updates.  Maybe it fixes the GPS problem that comes with Andorid 6.
