Win 10 doesn't reconise Rome

Morning.

On Windows 10, it doesn't reconize my Rome phone to a certain degree. Meaning, I cannot transfer files between systems and it doesn't show under 'My PC'? I have tried changing settings to USB storage and Media Device to no avail! The charge sign is on my phone once connected, it's charging - but alas that's about it? Any help? Many thanks.

Turns out all I had to do was connect it as a USB storage then authorize 'turn it on' via t'phone! Old numb nuts will get it right eventually.
