I have a problem with Umi Super, the problem is Connection 3G the lof sim-range / SIM2 moments network coverage but then loses but generally no coverage at all. What could be the reason?
Same in UK, UMI will not fix anything as they don't reply to our messages.
We were all tricked by fake online reviews, this phone is nothing but a bunch of useless random pieces.
Am I wrong UMI? show us your support, show us your solutions.
I purchased the UMI PLUS about 6 weeks or so ago and am in the US. I have been experiencing nothing but connectivity problems; I was wondering if there was a way to update the cell towers or network providers for the US as I am with Tmobile and I get the E at my house but it is off and on; sometimes I can get ATT others NO...is frustrating. Under PLMN it lists a few US network providers and TMobile is listed but it is for Europe. Does anyone have any suggestions. I know when I would have problems with connectivity through Sprint if I took it in sometimes it would be that it needed updating of the available towers.
