UMI Super reboots and gets stuck at android logo.

Hey guys,

Im new to UMI smarthphones and since my girlfriend needed a new phone i decided to buy her an UMI Super.
I do have a question about it though.

We've set it up completely etc.
But when the screen is in sleepmode after a while it just reboots but gets stuck on the android logo.
This happened 3 or 4 times already and only had the phone for about 7 hours or so.
Is this an software problem?
Is there a fix for it?

I tried to search for this issue on the forum but didnt find anything.

Turn off your device,Remove the SDcard and the network/phone card, turn your phone one, Install the new software. It should work now

Yeah i've seen the device had outdated software.
Once i updated it the issue was gone.
