UMI super permission issue after last FOTA upgrade - screen overlay detected

Hi community. After installed september update I cannot properly run any new app, because once being asked for permissions for phone, GPS etc and clicking allow, I get "screen overlay detected" message and cannot proceed with the app. The app is usually not in the list so it cannot be unchecked and there is no specs what is causing the issue ... any idea?

Try to update again that isnt the latest version.
