can't send or receive SMS/MMS

Hello since new update I have big troubles receiving and sending sms, since last week my phone won't receive or send sms anymore.... But my 4g connection is working I can browse on the web with my sim.... I can also send and receive calls ! I've tried everything : change/reset APN and reformat/factory reset/reflash/ take sim card off.... It's still not working. Do you have experienced this problem ? Is there a way to fix it ?I'm disapointed...

Hi,

Your issue seems to be quite unusual. Maybe just the call number of the SMS Service Center is missing at you for an unknown reason but it shouldn't be related to the installed update. So, please try to process the followings:
1. Open the Messaging app, tap the 3-dot menu button at the top right corner and choose Settings
2. Tap on SMS Service Center and check whether the correct SMS service center number is there.
3. If it's missing or incorrect, enter the correct number (you can get it from your service provider), then tap on OK.
Now you may quit the SMS settings and try again to send and receive SMS.

Thanks my problem is now solved ! It was SMS service center number problem. I don't think this was related to the update I think it's a handling error. Now I can receive and send messages like before.
