Problem using an active stylus

I bought a Chialstar active stylus for my Umi Super but cannot get it to work.

It leaves dots on the screen rather than letters when I try to use it.

The stylus works perfectly on a samsung galaxy.

Any suggestions?

Samsung has special touchscreen. Umi have not

only stylus that look like finger, will work
