Umi super camera problem on apps.............

got the umi super~   found a big problem!





The camera quality on apps like QQ,Wechat is really bad.  Even during the day the picture is really dark and cannt see anything. The camera quality is good when pictures are taken with Camera app. Need update to fix this issue urgently.

I have the same problem, when using another camera app when turning up the exposition that's make no effect, so it's always dark.

Same problem, no auto-exposure when using any other camera apps, (except pixlromatic)... It's a real problem, so we have to use the native camera to capture, and other apps to apply effects and others... Not practical... Can we hope a fix?

Confirm. Can't find any apps which will work with Umi's autoexposure. Videos, photos - very dark when there is an average light.

Which version of the operating system do you use?
I use the latest version (UMI SUPER.V3.02_20160810) and the photos are "okay".
They are still not really good, but with the older versions they were really bad.
Here UMI has a bit improved.

We are talking about 3rd parrties camera apps. None of them can adjust exposure when the light is below "very bright". For example within the buidings.
3rd camera apps are needed to make filters, special effects or just autofocus while recording video (stock camera cannot).

I have the same problem! Please UMI help us, we need a update to fix it.
It's my 4th. Umi phone and im allways happy with it, but we need support!
