Fingerprint doesn't work

Hello, I have my smartphone from 4 days ago and the fingerprint stops to work after 2 hours, I calibrate it but after to 2 or 3 hours I have to go to Settings. What happends and what I can do?

Hi,

To rule out the possibility of an existing software error, I suggest you to flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option in the flasher application. That process will completely rewrite the whole software content of your device. - You will lose your user data.

If that doesn't help, I suggest you to contact your reseller to (according to their warranty policy) make your phone repaired or replaced.
