High i got an Umi Iron a few moths ago and if it runs out of battery it wont turn on whilst on charge. It will come up with the UMI Splash Screen However the 2nd splash screen with android on will not play. I have to leave it oncharge for about 30-40 mins before it will finally play both splash screens and everything will work.
