Hello

I have UMI ROME MTK6753 Octa Core 64Bit 4G

From about 1 week, the phone turns off suddenly even if the battery level is above 90 % .

Even not hold a charge even if it is connected to the charger .

I bought the phone in January.

I Wind operator .

For six months there have been no problems .


PS: Often phone becomes very hot.

Suggestions ?

I have not installed any rom. Phone  doesn't reboot..

Now the problem has worsened.

The phone does not go beyond the screen UMI.but diligent ..

The battery always showed 1% when I put it to load.

I also tried to charge the battery with a universal power supply that tells me it's charging.

What do I do?

I ordered a new battery. Now it works fine...I hope for almost a year...

a year?? LOL, a new battery maybe will works for 3 months
The problem is not in the battery, is in the phone. The energy management it's a fucking shit. The software works very bad with the hardware and, sure, no more updates are coming.
