Edited by maddmaxx at 2016-7-20 01:48 \n\nI have a few bitches myself. I agree with everyone probably in the world who has a Super, the chargeing time is far from quick. My number two peeve is no 4G and then there is the ringtone that changes all by itself. I set it to what I want and when I wake up the next day its changed to one of the lame tones that come with the Super. WTF! Does anyone know when the Cyanogen mod OS will be available? Help me Obi_Wan, you're my only hope. Hey UMI, a disclaimer should be on the home page big enough to see warning peeps in the United States that no 4G LTE or plain old 4G is available and if your going to compete in the market you should develop phones that work in the U.S. More and more people are looking for a more reasonalbly priced hand set and the big companys are extorting us with thier high prices. Opporunity for the smaller guys to step up and supply phones that work for everyone. If this phone was 4G LTE  and not buggy I would gladly pay $300.00 USD. Get a clue. We're not all fat and stupid over here.

I don’t want to bother anyone, but…
Have you read the specifications for LTE bands,  before buying?

Sorry, our phones can't support USA 4G frequency bands, we will add these frequency bands in our future products, we will expand our market as soon as possible. Thanks for your suggests.

Update on the Super changing ringtones all by itself; It appears that it doesn't like ringtones that aren't pre-loaded. Just for grins I decided to choose one that came with the OS and it hasn't changed it to another one yet. I really liked my custom ring tones. Oh well looks like i'll have to learn to live with disappointment as long as I have this phone.

Anybody else have this problem or any one know of a fix? If I can fix this problem I will keep the Super if not it's going to be for sale.

Okay, seems like I found the solution right here in the forums. Play your music using the system music player  pull up the menu and choose "set as ringtone" and badabing. So far doing it this way works. I did a reboot and after the restart my ringtone was the same as I had set. Go figure.

Update to the update; It's back to it's evil ways of changing the ring tone to "Beat Plucker". It goes on E Bay, I'm done.

Hi,

You should store your ringtones on the internal memory, otherwise if the phone loses the connection to the SD card even just for a moment, the default ringtone will be set again.

I can confirm that...
Save the ringtones on the internal SD Card.
