Hi!

I have this screen problem with my 3 weeks old Umi Super:

I haven't dropped it, it has been kept in dry places and there is not a single scratch on the screen. The phone is opening programs, making calls by itself and the left side of the screen doesn't work. I have updated the software, resetted the factory settings etc...

I contacted the seller, Banggood, and left a message to their customer service. They haven't answered anything yet. In their customer chat I was told that there is no warranty, because it is a screen problem. Can this be true, because there seems to be many other users with this same problem??...

Unfortunately I will have to claim my warranty too. Today my front camera on my UMI Super stopped working. I didn't drop or mistreated the device...

*sigh*

I hope the post-sale service is good.
