call forwarding

I greet you all ,
I have a problem : how to make settings for call forwarding / how to get to the settings for call forwarding ?
I want to divert incoming calls to a certain number and not know how to do this .
I opened the phone function dial settings then branch calls (the three points of the top, right); I opened "Call Settings", which was supposed to appear branch "Call Forward" ... but it is not there ?!
