microphone don't work

When I make a call or I receive a phone call nobody can hear me, if I press  the speaker phone button the person on the other end can hear me. Also this problem is present if I try the speech search in the addresss book or google search. No signal seem to be coming in. If I try the sound recorder it records perfectly. Also calling with bluetooth or handsfree works without any problems.
what to do, what to do???!?

Hi,

Your issue seems to be a strange software bug, not a hardware problem. Maybe an installed app has changed the settings. I suggest you to perform a factory data reset and if that doesn't help, install the latest ROM with SP Flash Tool.

I found an app in the play store called SoundAbout.. I installed it and ran it with default settings - then everything was back to normal and I could to speech search and talk in the phone like normal, I even uninstalled the app 2 minutes later. now everything still works! A bit easier fix then factory reset that might help others with same problem
