Hello,

Major problems for me :
- 3G/4G connectivity on "Free" carrier/operator in France, Paris suburbs, location. The throughput is slow, very slow...
Compare to my old phone (Honor6), this is very catastrophic...I don't know if it's EMEI problem, but please correct this !

- GPS is just unusable, sometime position is good but a little bit  in late (30 meters) and the most of the time, it recalculate the way to destination because he don't find the correct position.
If I use an GPS App like "Waze" this is a nightmare, because due to connectivity problem of  (3G/4G) the recalculation time is very long !!!!

I hope that is software problems because you have convinced me with your arguments to use all the hardware components coming from best providers.

Thanks in advance for your effort to correct those problems as soon as you can.

I agree 100% with you. My Umi super also breaks 3G/4G connectivity all the time, it is impossible to simply receive whatsapp notifications for example. It takes a life to receive messages even with app under operation. Horrible! The GPS also is totally broke, it's jump all the time, it is impossible to use it no matter if the app is Waze or GoogleMaps, or any other. I am totally frustrated with Umi Super so far. The major problems were not fixed after update which happened 1 month ago and nothing else was released about new updates! Terrible customer service, no news from Umi, no response for anything.

I have the latest OTA but the GPs still not working.
No gps signal.
6 hour trip and only worked for 3 minutes.
it only works for a while when i am not moving.
PLS HELP
