Network issues - roaming in my own country

Hello,
I just received the Super. It is pretty fair for the price I paid and it has a great hardware, software may be in needing of some development or some porting

I am based in Ireland, using Tesco Mobile. Regardless of which SIM slot I use, I get Roaming status from network. I cannot use data, unless I allow data roaming, but it could cost me a bunch of money

Please do you have any advice or could you fix it?

p.s It is possible to tweak some camera settings from Engineer Mode? I already fixed the volumes in this way.
