Phone has no connection

Installed sim card (Verizon) and no calling or sms. no Information came with phone as to getting the thing working. Regretting purchse already and just got it yesterday. If anyone here knows anything about tihs phone a little help would be greatly appreciated.

Update; Went to Metro and they got it working but it's only 3G not the advertised 4G LTE. Does anybody from UMI check these posts? Does anyone else in the states have this problem? I thought I had stumbled upon a good alternative to the over priced phones offered by the major players but so far it's not turning out that way. If you advertise it as 4G LTE then it had damn well better be able to work as advertised.

UMi Super doesn't support the US 4G bands. You can check the supported frequencies on the official specification page here: http://www.umidigi.com/page-umi_super_specification.html
You also can check the compatibility related to your specific service provider on willmyphonework.net.
Since Verizon works on CDMA networks, not GSM and uses incompatible LTE bands, 2G and 4G networks cannot be used, only 3G where they are available.
P.s.: This one was at least my fourth answer to this same question in different threads.

Verizon only uses devices aproved by them, wich is not the case of the UMi Super.
