That's probably a hardware issue. There was a chance to compensate it by sofware settings but if that doesn't work, your phone needs to be repaired or replaced. If this issue makes your device useless, I suggest you to contact your reseller about this case and request a replacement.
We apologize for your inconvenience.

Can you suggest me that all I had to change the settings and what values to put them, but it would be good to suit Umi Rome, and not for some other model.
Thank you !

On the Internet I found this: Root required
Download and install es file explorer
Open es file manager, go to settings and turn on the root explorer
After turning on the root explorer, a window will pop up click on mount r / w, click on that
Search for device settings and then search for the folder etc
Search for mixer-paths.xml, open it and edit es file editor
Search for path name = speaker, click on it
Click on RX3 Digital volume "value
Change the value to 89, do not go higher than 90 will get your speaker damage
Save the settings and reboot your device, your volume will be increased
But the problem is the next in Rome Umi no file mixer-paths.xml. I do not know where he was.

That method doesn't work on MediaTek smartphones generally. If your hardware is intact, you have nothing to do about the system volume settings, so there's no solution specifically for Rome.
Your phone should be repaired or replaced depending on the source of your issue.
